For most of my adult life, I've had a fatty cyst on my back. Doctors didn't want to touch it for fear it might be wrapped around nerves. It was never painful, just annoying. When I had a Past Life Regression with Elissa, I experienced a life in which I was a Native American woman stabbed in the back (same spot as my cyst) by a soldier as I was fleeing my settlement. If you would have asked me a year ago if I believed in or would participate in a past life regression, I would have said absolutely not. My belief was that If I was supposed to be living in the present moment, why would I want to revisit my past lives. To tell you the truth, it also frightened me. But then I met Elissa Bentsen at a group session and my hesitancy fell away. If, in my present moments, I am experiencing fear or doubt...I wanted to know what that stemmed from. Five weeks before my BioMat therapy, I played tennis much more aggressively than I should have. The next day my right shoulder, left knee,
and right elbow were in terrible shape causing intense discomfort. On the day I visited with you I could not rotate my shoulder properly, pour from a 1-gallon
milk jug, or kneel down. While I was lying on the BioMat I consciously noticed the pain in my elbow, which had been constant, disappeared. When I
